Millionaire hotelier Peter de Savary’s stunning five-bedroom houseboat, which boasts its own jacuzzi, dance floor and outdoor gym, has gone on sale for £2million.
The luxurious and unique 100ft vessel, named Savvy, is currently anchored on Cadogan Pier in west London and is perfect for river and canal cruising in the UK and Europe.
In immaculate condition, it has an alfresco dining area with glass panelling which allows those on board to drink and dine in style while enjoying gorgeous views in affluent Chelsea.
The floating houseboat has been owned by Mr de Savary, who is best known for owing celebrity haunt St James’s Club in London, LA and Paris in the 1970s, since March 2017.
In 2005, the boat, which is being sold by estate agency Waterview and is described as a ‘floating Pied A’terre’, even won prizes at the International Superyacht Society Awards in Monaco.

Waterview director Soren Ravaux is encouraging would-be buyers to check out the luxurious houseboat, claiming that the number of houseboats in London has risen by six per cent since 2012.

The son of a French-born Essex farmer, Mr de Savary was kicked out of Charterhouse when he was 16 and became a millionaire by the age of 34 – even once owning John O’Groats and Land’s End
In 2011, the property developer announced that he did not plan on leaving his massive £24million fortune to his five children when he dies, calling the sight of upper-class children squandering inheritances ‘shameful’.
He told the Independent: ‘The girls must achieve in their own lives whatever they can achieve. They will not be given the responsibility and the awesome task of trying to preserve or augment or carry on any of my efforts.’
In an interview for an ITV series on the British class system, Mr de Savary said: ‘I have won nothing. I have had to create whatever I have created from nothing and I believe in the words of Andrew Carnegie, which is to die rich is to die disgraced. So I’m not leaving castles and fortunes to my children.’
