Meet the VERY close sisters who share beds, underwear, and even boyfriends

Identical twins who want to have babies with their shared boyfriend and get pregnant at the exact same time are starring in a new reality series about sisters who are too close for comfort. 

Anna and Lucy DeCinque, 35, from Perth, Australia, are among the five sets of siblings who will be chronicling their lives on TLC’s new show Extreme Sisters, which premieres on Sunday, April 25. 

‘We just think we are one person,’ the DeCinque twins explained in the show’s trailer, and they’re not the only siblings who have taken their sisterly love to the next level.  

One woman has her sister sleep in the same bed as her and her husband — even though he is uncomfortable with it — while another pair’s obsessive bond led to them divorcing their husbands at the same time. 

‘Having a close knit family is something most people aspire to and at TLC, we love to explore relationships of all kinds,’ said Howard Lee, president of TLC streaming and network originals. 

‘In Extreme Sisters, we will introduce sets of inseparable sisters whose bonds are raw, honest, and perhaps a little unconventional. Their sibling kinship brings the meaning of sisterhood to a whole other level!’

Anna and Lucy 

Anna and Lucy have been dubbed ‘the most identical in the world,’ and for good reason. The sisters dress alike, eat the same foods, and do the same workouts, making it nearly impossible to tell them apart.   

The sisters literally do everything together, including showering, going to the bathroom, and sharing a bed.        

Anna and Lucy even have a joint boyfriend, Ben, 40, who sleeps between them.   

‘Sharing a boyfriend for us means we get to be together all the time,’ they explained, but they can’t officially marry him because polygamy is banned under the Australian Marriage Act 1961.  

‘There’s not jealousy in this relationship,’ Lucy said. ‘Like if Ben kisses Anna, he’ll kiss me straight after.’

The twins now want to become mothers, and, unsurprisingly, they each want to get pregnant with Ben’s baby at the same time.   

Brooke and Baylee 

Brooke and Baylee aren’t twins, but they might as well be. They both share the same first name — Candace — and their full monikers are actually Candace-Brooke and Candace-Baylee.

The tradition has even been passed down to Brooke’s daughter, who is named Candace-Ace. 

The sisters grew up sleeping in the same bed, and they continue to do so, even though Brooke’s husband is uncomfortable with it. 

‘We shared the same room. We were always together,’ Brooke explained, while Baylee added: ‘And we always slept in the same bed.’

When a producer asked what age they stopped sharing a bed, Baylee replied: ‘We’re still doing it.’   

They also shower together, pop each other’s pimples, and share almost everything, including razors, toothbrushes, and underwear — but only if it’s clean.  

While they enjoy their arrangement, Brooke’s husband does not. 

‘Her welcome has been overstayed,’ he told his wife during filming. 

‘I don’t want to have to choose between my husband or my little sister,’ she hit back.  

Brittany and Briana 

Identical twins Brittany and Briana Deane not only dress alike, but they are also married to identical twin brothers Josh and Jeremy Salyers, a rare occurrence known as a quaternary marriage. 

The sisters had a fairytale double-wedding, wearing matching gowns, of course, and now share a home in Virginia with their spouses. 

Growing up, Brittany and Briana always wanted to start their families at the same time, and they achieved their goal by getting pregnant just months apart. 

Josh, 35, and Brittany, 33, welcomed their son, Jett, in January, while Briana is now in her last trimester.  

The twin couples consider themselves to be moms and dads to both Jett and their future baby, who will likely grow up like siblings. 

‘The four of us are meant to be together,’ one of the Deane twins explained in the show’s trailer.  

Christina and Jessica 

Christina and Jessica have led parallel lives, getting married, pregnant, and even divorced at the same time. The sisters believe they are each other’s soulmates, and their obsessive relationship is why both of their marriages are ended.   

‘Their relationship is far from normal,’ Jessica’s ex said, adding: ‘It’s why we’re divorced.’ 

In the trailer, Christina and Jessica can be seen naked in the woods while doing what appeared to be a meditation ritual of sorts. Another scene showed Christina going to the bathroom while Jessica was taking a relaxing bath. 

‘Oh my God, you’re pooping aren’t you?’ Jessica asked, prompting Christina to start laughing. 

The single moms live just 0.2 miles apart and are raising their children together. They feel physically sick when they are apart, and they even have a code word for each other that means they need to drop everything to be by each other’s side. 

‘There will never be a relationship like the one I have with my sister,’ Jessica said, but if the trailer is any indication, Christina’s new boyfriend has come between them. 

‘My sister changed the minute she started dating John,’ Jessica griped.   

Patrix and Patrica 

Patrix and Patrica have always been each other’s greatest protectors. Patrica was born with a third of her fingers missing on her right hand, and her sister has been by her side through thick and thin. 

Patrix has helped her stand up to bullies and also do the everyday tasks that require a fully formed hand, including cutting nails, shaving, and applying makeup.

While Patrix has her own apartment, she hardly ever uses it. Instead, she spends most of her time with her sister and brother-in-law. 

‘I can never ever get alone time with my wife,’ Patrica’s husband admitted.

He even has to sit in the back seat of the car when his wife and sister-in-law are together.   

In the trailer, Patrica can be seen telling her husband that she isn’t sure how Patrix is going to react to something, explaining: ‘We are a team.’

‘We’re a team,’ her husband hit back.
