A home stylist has revealed her top home hacks to instantly elevate any bedroom space and make it feel like a luxurious hotel.
Liz Amaya, from Brisbane, posted a video demonstrating her weekly routine when changing her bedsheets.
In the clip she made the bed look lavish with a few easy tricks, including using a mattress topper and layering the cushions.

Liz began by washing her bed sheets, which should be done weekly, then put a fresh set on the bed and tucked in the corners ‘like a hotel’.
To do this, she simply ensured each corner and the sheet at foot of the bed were neatly tucked away before laying the doona on top.
Prior to replacing the linen, she also recommended vacuuming the top and sides of the mattress often to remove dust mites and debris.
Liz began by washing her bed sheets, which should be done weekly, then put a fresh set on the bed and tucked in the corners ‘like a hotel’
To protect the mattress and provide additional comfort, Liz recommended investing in good-quality mattress topper.
In the comments Liz revealed she purchased her mattress topper from Octasmart Australia.
To complete the luxurious feel and look, Liz finished making the bed by layering at least six pillows in front of one another.
