Eugenie and Beatrice were among the high profile guests at the lavish wedding of Prince Philippos of Greece, the godson of Princess Diana and the Duke of Edinburgh, with Nina Flohr, the daughter of a billionaire, in Athens today.
The prince, 35, who is the youngest child of the last king and queen of Greece, Constantine II and Anne-Marie of Denmark, exchanged vows with Nina, daughter of Swiss businessman Thomas Flohr, for the third time.
The couple first wed last December in a small civil ceremony in St Moritz, Switzerland, followed by a high society springtime celebration in Cambridgeshire.
While both were intimate affairs – indeed there were just the two fathers as witnesses at the first – this third wedding at the Metropolitan Cathedral of Athens had all the makings of a full-blown extravaganza.
Philippos and Nina had made the guestlist for the wedding of Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank in 2018, while Nina is also good friends with Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, Princess Beatrice’s husband.
Eugenie opted for a black dress designed by Peter Pilotto which featured gold button detailing, and completed the look with a Gabriela Hurst clutch, Carvela heels and sunglasses.
Beatrice looked stunning in a Gucci dress which features a cream top and a black bottom, accessorised with a bow.
Among the royals in attendance were Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank (left) and Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi (right)

Another godmother and the groom’s maternal aunt, Princess Benedikte of Denmark, was invited, as has godfather Kyril, Prince of Preslav. Margrethe II of Denmark, is also a maternal aunt, and she could attend alongside her son Crown Prince Frederick and daughter-in-law Crown Princess Mary.
