The man who Kim Kardashian hit with a five-year permanent restraining order has now been arrested on felony stalking charges.
Nicholas Costanza — who had previously sent her a diamond ring and the Plan-B morning after pill — was arrested for trespassing on Tuesday, Oct. 19, despite her permanent order of protection which was granted in July.
TMZ reported that police were called to Kim’s home early Tuesday morning after security at her Hidden Hills gated community detained the man for trespassing, at which point he was taken into police custody.

Though Costanza had shown up to her property in the past on multiple occasions, he reportedly did not make it all the way to her Hidden Hills compound this time.
Police did however book him on felony charges as he was ordered to stay at least 100 yards from her with no contact whatsoever in July.
The man is now being held on $150,000 bail.
Prior to Kim being granted a five-year restraining order he had been accused of harassing her, and threatening both Kim and her family.

On June 3, he had sent her a package that included a non-authenticated diamond ring and Plan-B but her security team caught it before it got into the reality star’s hands, per TMZ.
Kardashian’s legal team said that Costanza had visited her gated community twice this year, in February and May, once telling security he was picking her up for a dinner outing.
Costanza had also attempted to communicate with Kardashian online, her legal team said, including a self-made certificate of marriage.
He had also made an item with the words ‘Queen Kimberly’ and that said she was ‘sitting up in a big castle alone’ before referring to himself as her ‘knight in shining armor.’

The outlet reported that the man’s social media accounts had all been shut down.
Previously Kim got a protective order against another man who she claims was trying to get inside her home and harassing her for months.
The 32-year-old man, named Charles Peter Zelenoff, claimed to be in love with Kim, her legal team said. Zeleneoff had two recent convictions for battery and in the documents the star called him a ‘stalker.’
A judge granted Kim a temporary restraining order in late May, requiring Zelenoff to also stay 100 yards away from her.
Per the documents, he would allegedly film videos outside her house and get ‘frustrated’ he wasn’t able to get inside her home.

The star noted that she was ‘scared’ in the documents that he knew her address and could find her home, since she’s never shared it publicly.
He allegedly posted on social media that he desired to pursue a physical relationship with her and that he allegedly had troubling obtaining entry.
Most recently Kim has fully acquired her marital home with estranged husband Kanye West this week for $23 million as part of their ongoing divorce proceedings.
In addition to owning the compound solely, she acquired ‘all finishings, furniture, fixtures, appliances’ collectibles, silver and art currently located in said residence.’

The mother-of-four sobbed in the penultimate episode of the show, following a ‘big fight’ with Kanye.
The star, who was previously married to Damon Thomas and Kris Humphries, said through tears: ‘I feel like a f***ing failure that it’s, like, a third f***ing marriage. Yeah, I feel like a f***king loser’ as she insisted she could no longer be ‘stuck’ with Kanye.
