Sky Mobile has suffered an outage today, with thousands of customers complaining of being unable to make or receive phone calls.
According to Down Detector, a website that monitors such issues, there have been more than 1,000 reports of problems.
Issues first surfaced at around 11:15 GMT and Sky’s Help Team confirmed it was looking into the cause and apologised for the outage.

It tweeted: ‘We are aware that some Sky Mobile customers may experience issues with data or voice, this includes making and receiving calls.
‘We hope to have this resolved as quickly as we can.’
Customers took to Twitter to complain about the outage.
One wrote: ‘Clearly a nationwide sky mobile outage for at least 30mins now but no update. Terrible service.’
Another tweeted: ‘Is there an issue with Sky Mobile? My phone is saying cannot connect to the network.’

People across the country have complained of experiencing problems, with hot spots in big cities such as London, Birmingham and Manchester.
It is unclear if the problems are linked to Storm Barra, which blasted into Britain today with 80mph gales, up to eight inches of snow and a tornado warning as it was officially declared a ‘weather bomb’ amid fears of more power cuts.
Down Detector gets network status updates from various sources including social media and reports submitted to its website.
Last week Virgin Media customers were unable to access TV services for more than 10 hours after the firm suffered a ‘major power outage’ nationwide.
