With her overflowing kitchen cupboards, Millie Mackintosh shows that celebrities can be normal too.

But while the rest of us painstakingly try to keep our homes neat and tidy, she has called for help from a ‘professional organiser’.

The 32-year-old, who starred in reality TV show Made In Chelsea, took to social media to ask decluttering expert Lucy Mansey – whose famous clients include actors and comedians – to spruce up the kitchen in her London home.

In an image posted on her Instagram story, she revealed her family’s jam-packed cabinets which were full of everyday household food items including cereal, chopped tomatoes, sugar, peanut butter and baby food.

Her cupboards also contained superfoods such as chia seeds and black rice.

There was more clutter on her kitchen counter and on top of her microwave.

Miss Mackintosh, whose great-great-grandfather invented Quality Street chocolates, tagged Mrs Mansey in the photo and wrote: ‘I am so ready for your help @OrganisedByLucy!!’

Miss Mackintosh and her husband Hugo Taylor, who also starred in Made In Chelsea, are likely to have had little time for domestic chores following the birth of their second daughter Aurelia in November.

Keeping guests entertained: The mother-to-be explained that she wanted guests to be able to sit in the kitchen as she cooked

Island joy: She gushed about the large island in the middle of her kitchen, and all of the space it afforded her

Proud: The star then made her way over to her state-of-the-art refrigerator, which she appeared to be particularly proud of

Loving it: The mother-to-be gushed, ‘I’m loving this kind of like midnight blue on the cupboards with the marble effect counter-tops, which is great for when I’m doing my foodie photos. It’s a lovely surface’

Last week she discussed her nursing agony as she revealed she had been putting bags of frozen peas on her breasts after suffering with mastitis – an inflammation of breast tissue. The couple also have one-year-old Sienna.

Mrs Mansey, who was recently hired by actress Tamzin Outhwaite to tidy her dressing room, describes herself as a ‘professional home organiser’ who has worked in London and Sydney.

She aims to ‘leave your space decluttered, calm and organised’.

At £40 an hour, she has also tidied the home of comedian Mo Gilligan and has appeared on Davina McCall’s podcast Making The Cut, giving listeners tips on how to keep their houses clutter-free.
