Katie Price proudly displayed the results of her recent cosmetic surgery overhaul as she headed out celebrating days after she avoided jail for the second time in weeks.

The glamour model, 43, escaped time behind bars on Monday after striking a last-minute deal to pay off her debts amid her bankruptcy case and two days later headed out to the pricey Sheesh restaurant in Chigwell, where a surf and turf meal will set you back £120 and a side of truffle cheesy chips cost £25.

Beaming broadly as she made her way into the eatery to celebrate her fiancé Carl Woods‘ 33rd birthday, the shameless reality star unveiled her new look following another eye and brow lift at a clinic in Belgium.

The mother-of-five had previously been concealing her new look with her head in a bandage.

Katie highlighted her new features with a heavy dose of makeup, contouring her nose and cheekbones with bronzer and sporting a giant fluttering pair of false eyelashes.

She kept her surgically enhanced bust under wraps in a black Bardot top with billowing sheer sleeves and a ruched bodice, teaming the garment with skinny black velvet trousers.

Katie added a pop of colour to her ensemble with a towering pair of neon green wedges and accessorised with a myriad of silver rings and necklaces.

Carl cut a casual figure alongside her, opting for a black jumper and jeans with suede khaki loafers.

Katie is back in Britain after jetting to Belgium for yet another cosmetic procedure – despite undergoing a full body overhaul just  seven months ago.

Dr Judy Todd, an aesthetic doctor at Clinica Medica in Glasgow, said: ‘It appears like she’s had a face lift, temporal brow lift, and possibly an upper blepharoplasty….

‘These would all lift the features to a more youthful position, elevate the eyebrows and would reduce any sagging skin on the upper eyelid. She is currently wearing a pressure dressing which is all over the area where the sutures would be…

Now and then: Katie was harking back to her youth with her incredibly smooth visage and choice of attire (pictured right in 2001)

‘This kind of bruising around the eye often occurs with these procedures but the effects are only temporary and tend to dissipate within seven to 10 days.

‘But some patients may experience swelling and bruising for several weeks after surgery but this will ultimately depend on the patient’s healing process and post-op recovery care.’

It was reported last month that Katie had plans to travel to Turkey imminently for yet more plastic surgery, amid claims she wanted to get some tweaks in after being unhappy with her latest work.

However Katie’s latest surgery was on her face, not her body like her pal had suggested. The source added: ‘When Katie has an idea in her head, she just does it. Who knows if she’ll actually go through with it, but she’s told friends she’s going.’

The mum-of-five last visited Turkey last year, where she underwent full body liposuction, eye and lip lifts, liposuction under her chin, and had fat injected into her bum.

Following Katie’s surgery last summer she was said to be in ‘horrific pain’, but she admitted she was still prepared to go under the knife again.

Meanwhile, Katie hit the headlines earlier this week after she was scheduled to explain to a High Court judge on Monday her attempts to pay back £2.3million she owed after being declared bankrupt in 2019.

But the former model – who dodged a potential jail term last month after £7,300 fines she owed for driving offences were paid – had her bankruptcy hearing postponed for a second time after agreeing an 11th-hour deal to pay back the money.

She will pay a ‘small contribution’ to reduce the amount owed to creditors and has agreed to a new regular payment plan.

The reality star risked being sent to prison for contempt of court if she failed to appear at the hearing – which was due to be held remotely – without notifying the judge.

Katie also slashed the cost of her OnlyFans content by 50 per cent on Monday.

Fans had to pay £11-per-month to see her pictures when she joined the site last month. But she has now halved the price in an attempt to encourage more subscribers.

Ahead of her hearing, Katie’s bankruptcy trustees were said to have compiled a dossier of TV, magazine and newspaper deals to be presented at the Insolvency Court in London.

Despite owing millions she has seemingly enjoyed a luxury lifestyle with frequent exotic holidays, including a visit to Las Vegas with Carl.

Trustees also want to find out details of how much she has been paid for her TV work, including the latest on Channel 4 where she attempts to renovate her £2million country mansion.

The new show follows Katie as she tries to repair the house – dubbed mucky mansion – which has been in disarray after various mishaps, including fly tipping, floods and a fire.

The model had agreed to pay creditors £12,000 a month through an individual voluntary arrangement. But it is understood she has failed to keep up with the payments.

An earlier hearing in November was cancelled at Katie’s request and the latest court date was put back until April.

There’s a plan in place: Katie will pay a ‘small contribution’ to reduce the amount owed to creditors and has agreed to a new regular payment plan

A spokesman for the Insolvency Court said the hearing would not take place before April after the judge agreed to a postponement following a request submitted to the court.

The hearing was listed under the former topless model’s real name Katrina Amy Alexandra Alexis Price.

Insolvency experts Hudson Weir, who are acting for those owed money, refused to comment.

A source at the insolvency company said they were ready to appear in court on Monday.

The TV personality, who once had a fortune of £45million, has lurched from one crisis to another in recent years.

In December she was given a 16-month prison sentence suspended for a year after pleading guilty to drink driving.

Magistrates said they were unable to send her to prison as she had completed a stay at The Priory having agreed to attend the rehab centre on her first court appearance.

Tough times: The TV personality, who once had a fortune of £45million, has lurched from one crisis to another in recent years

Katie had flipped her BMW X5 while driving to see a friend near her Sussex home. It was her ninth driving offence.

She dodged a potential jail term last month after £7,300 fines she owed for driving offences were paid.

Katie had been listed to appear at Crawley Magistrates’ Court in January over non-payment of £7,358 in fines dating back two years.

However, last month court staff confirmed the fines had been paid and Katie was no longer expected in court.

She had been issued with a court summons after magistrates heard she had failed to pay back a single penny of her fines.

The threat of prison still hangs over the mum of five as last month she breached a restraining order taken out against her by her ex-husband Kieran Hayler’s fiancée.

Katie sent a series of vile texts to Michelle Penticost in breach of a restraining order.

She had been handed a five-year restraining order forbidding her from contacting Ms Penticost directly or indirectly in 2019 after hurling a ‘tirade of abuse’ at her. She could now face up to five years in prison if she is charged and found guilty.

Drink-driving campaigners said they were ‘gobsmacked’ by the ‘unbelievable’ sentence, but the judge said Katie would avoid going to jail because she completed a stint at celebrity rehab clinic The Priory and had stayed out of trouble.

Big family: The television personality is mum to Harvey, 18, Junior, 15, Princess, 13, Jett, seven, and Bunny, six, from three previous relationships (pictured together with Carl at Christmas in 2020)

Speaking on Good Morning Britain after her sentencing, the mother-of-five said she was ‘dealing with it’.

She said: ‘The events were really traumatic. It’s been traumatic after, so I’m not ready to talk about it yet.

‘But what I will say is that I went to the Priory and I’ve made the decision finally to see a therapist every week, forever, to deal with the traumatic events that led me to getting into that car.

‘I’m very good at hiding things but when I’m ready to talk about it then I will come on to talk. There’s reasons why I got in that car and my mental state but when I’m ready I will.

‘I feel ashamed about it all. There are reasons that I am still dealing with now. It’s a new year but I’m still dealing with it, people shouldn’t judge people, there’s always reasons for things.’

Katie Price’s legal history

October 2003: Escaped a speeding charge on a technicality after cops failed to arrest her within 12 weeks. Her Range Rover was allegedly clocked at 70mph in a 40mph zone. Also in October, charges against Price, for an alleged assault in a nightclub, were dropped when police failed to arrest her within 12 weeks.

June 5, 2008: Given three penalty points, fined £200 and ordered to pay £80 costs at Feltham magistrates’ court for talking on her mobile phone while driving on April 18.

January 7, 2009: Let off on a legal technicality by Brighton magistrates after allegedly breaking a 30mph limit and not providing the identity of the driver to police.

July 7, 2010: Convicted in her absence by Crawley magistrates after cameras caught her speeding at 99 mph on September 16, 2009. Her lawyer argued she was only speeding because she was being hounded by the paparazzi, but police said there were no other speeding vehicles around. She was fined £250, ordered to pay £500 prosecution costs and given four points on her licence.

September 28, 2010: Convicted at Mid-Sussex Magistrates’ Court for failing to be in proper control of her 7.5-ton lurid pink horsebox after veering into another lane in Sussex on February 19. She was fined £1,000, ordered to pay £650 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge and given three points on her licence, taking her tally to 10.

December 1, 2010: Banned from driving ban for six months after she was caught on speed camera travelling at 83mph in a 70mph zone on the A23 in Pyecombe, West Sussex on 10 December 2009. Ms Price, who did not attend the hearing, pleaded guilty to the charge. In her absence, she was fined £1,000 and given three penalty points on her license (taking her total at that time to 13 points). This took her over the 12-point limit and brought an automatic six-month driving ban and so she was disqualified from driving for six months.

August 31, 2012: Barred from driving on the roads for 12 months, after failing to respond to two speeding tickets. She had been caught speeding in London on September 5 and September 6 2011. The glamour model argued that all of her post was dealt with by her mother and she had never seen the prosecution warnings. Ms Price, who already had six points on her licence at the time, was given six more and banned for 12 months. She was also fined £400.

February 16, 2018: Banned from driving for six months after doing 60mph on the 50mph A24. She already had points on her license. Following the incident in Dial Post, West Sussex in 2017, Ms Price failed to tell police when the speeding ticket arrived and was charged with failing to provide details about the person driving. She failed to show up at magistrates’ court and was given a six-month ban and a £750 fine.

July 28, 2018: In July she was was questioned by police after photographs emerged of her getting behind the wheel of her car while still banned from the road. Pictures revealed Ms Price driving her grey Ford Fiesta home from Gatwick with her youngest kids Jett, aged four, and Bunny, aged three. She handed herself into police and took to Instagram to insist that she thought the ban was over – but as soon as she realised it wasn’t, confessed her wrongdoing to authorities to avoid a ‘guilty conscience.’

September 26, 2018: Crashed her £63,000 Ranger Rover on September 26, while allegedly on her mobile phone. The crash was reported to the police. Marketing executive Katie Pugh, 23, told MailOnline that the troubled star rear-ended her Mercedes as they were stuck in traffic on the A3 in Roehampton, Surrey. Pugh said she looked up into her rear-view mirror and noticed Ms Price appearing to be looking at her phone moments before the collision at around 5.30PM on September 26.

October 10, 2018: Arrested on suspicion of drink-driving in the earlier hours of the morning on October 10, after being found by police in her garish pink Range Rover in Woolwich, East London. Ms Price had allegedly been partying with ex-boyfriend Kris Boyson helping him celebrate his 30th birthday when her car ended up hitting a parked car. She took a roadside breath test and was taken to Plumstead Police station where she was released after a night in the cells. Ms Price was then photographed driving her car without wearing her seatbelt, just 36 hours after her drink driving arrest – an infraction that carries a £100 fine.

December 2018: Charged by postal requisition over her drink-driving charge

January 2019: Price appeared in court after being caught driving while disqualified during the July 2018 incident. She was given another three month ban. She was handed a £1,100 fine at Crawley Magistrates’ Court.  Paul Macaulay, defending, said she had mistakenly believed the ban had dated from an earlier hearing in January – which meant it would have ended in early July. He conceded she had not contacted the DVLA about reinstating her driving licence before she was caught because she was ‘not the best’ at paperwork, he told the court.

February 2019: Price served a further three month ban after being convicted of drink-driving during the incident in October 2018.

June 2019 : Price is fined after shouting abuse at ex-Hayler’s girlfriend Michelle Penticost in a school playground, in Shipley, West Sussex. Price was issued with a five-year restraining order against her and ordered to pay £606 in fines and court costs.

Autumn 2019: Issued with her sixth ban – a two-year disqualification –  which she appealed. It was reduced to 18 months. She had failed to tell the police who was behind the wheel of her pink Range Rover when it crashed in south-east London. She was charged with withholding the name of the driver.

March 2021: Price allegedly gets behind the wheel of boyfriend Carl Wood’s Range Rover weeks before her 18-month ban is lifted. She was reportedly seen driving her famous pink Volkswagen Beetle from her Sussex mansion to her rental home in Surrey. She is questioned by police over the matter.

September 2021: Price is hospitalised and arrested for drink-driving after being involved in an early hours crash. During the crash she flipped her car near Partridge Green, West Sussex, on her way to visit a friend. Price was taken to hospital, where she told police: ‘I took drugs, I should not be driving, I admit it all.’

December 2021: Price appears in court over the September incident. Aftering admitting drink-driving she is sentencing to a 16-week suspended jail term. The judge says Price is lucky to have avoided prison.

January 2022: Just months after avoiding prison Price is investigated by police over claims she breached a restraining order against Michelle Penticost. It is alleged she branded Ms Penticost a ‘gutter sl*g’ in ‘abusive messages’. She is quizzed by police for 12 hours. In the same month she narrowly avoids a potential prison spell after paying £7,350 driving fines at the last minute.

February 2022: Price avoids jail for the second time in weeks after striking a last-minute deal to pay off her debts. She is due to appear before a High Court judge to review her attempts to pay back £2.3million she owed after being declared bankrupt in 2019. But the former model agrees to pay a ‘small contribution’ to reduce the amount owed to creditors and agrees to a new regular payment plan.   The reality star risked being sent to prison for contempt of court if she failed to appear at the hearing – which was due to be held remotely – without notifying the judge.
