Hong Kong’s vaccine drive is slowing

Hong Kong, a city of 7.5 million, has secured 22.5 million doses of the Covid-19 vaccine. But unused doses pile up in Hong Kong as vaccines are in high demand elsewhere where infections are surging. CNN’s Kristie Lu Stout talks to some of the city’s residents who refuse to take the jab.
