Kendall Jenner is being sued for $1.8million after allegedly skipping a photoshoot for Italian fashion designer Liu Jo.

Jenner, 25, reportedly agreed to work on two campaigns for the brand, only to stand-up Liu Jo for the second shoot because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

While her team insists the photos never happened because of scheduling conflicts, Liu Jo is seeking damages alleging Jenner’s team of turning down ‘all of Liu Jo’s good-faith offers of compromise,’ according to TMZ.

Kendall was still paid her $1.3million fee in February 2020 ahead of the shoot, so the company is looking to be reimbursed for that as well as seeking additional damages.

In 2019 Kendall reportedly agreed to do two seasons worth of modeling for Liu Jo.

She starred in their Spring/Summer 2020 campaign.

When the pandemic started to take hold in early 2020 plans to shoot Liu Jo’s Fall/Winter 2020 campaign fell threw.

In their filings, Liu Jo claims they offered to reschedule for a time that worked for Kendall in Fall 2020, but she ‘ultimately turned down all of Liu Jo’s good-faith offers of compromise.’

Liu Jo further claims they offered to set up a shoot during October 2020, when she was already scheduled to be in Italy, but was told that was not possible.

The brand claims it is evident Jenner has ‘no intention of fulfilling her contract,’ hence the suit.

Jenner’s team says they have made many attempts to compromise with Liu Jo, offering to arrange a shoot in the USA.

Further sources say the model has no intention of breaking her deal and told TMZ it’s ‘unfortunate’ the brand took things to court.

According to insiders she’s has ‘willingly offered to complete services honoring her commitments.’

Kendall’s agency The Society Management spoke to TMZ, calling the suit ‘without merit.’

‘The Society Management, on behalf of Ms. Kendall Jenner, has continually offered Liu Jo alternative dates and locations to fulfill an agreement that was forced to be delayed because of the coronavirus pandemic.’
