Harvey’s father is the Trinidadian and Tobagonian former professional footballer Dwight Yorke.
His mother Katie has previously pushed for a ‘Harvey’s Law’ to be introduced that would make it illegal to troll or abuse others online.
As well as making trolling a punishable offence, the law would also push for a registry of known trolls to be made available to the public.
The 43-year-old said she wanted to talk with social media giants Twitter and Facebook after Harvey was targeted by internet trolls.
She was left upset after a clip of a man in make-up pretending to be her disabled son appeared on Twitter.
