KISS rocker Gene Simmons has tested positive for COVID-19.

Simmons’ health news was shared on the band’s social media on Tuesday, just days after word fellow frontman Paul Stanley had contracted the virus.

In light of the news, KISS will be postponing their tour for four dates.

They assured fans they’d be back in action soon, however, saying: ‘doctors have indicated the tour should be able to resume on September 9th at FivePoint Amphitheatre in Irvine, CA.’

KISS was already forced to pull the plug on their gig at The Pavilion at Star Lake in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania last week following Starchild Stanley’s diagnosis.

But the guitarist is handling things well, according to TMZ sources who said Paul is ‘fully vaccinated and feeling fine despite the positive test.’
