Two trains have crashed into each other tonight between Andover and Salisbury, prompting a major emergency service response.
South Western Railway have said all lines running through Salisbury and Andover are currently blocked while an investigation takes place.
‘We’ve received reports of a problem currently under investigation between Salisbury and Grateley,’ a spokesperson said.
Wiltshire Police said: ‘We are currently at the scene of a train crash involving two trains between Andover and Salisbury.
‘We are responding with the fire and ambulance service at the site close to Grateley.
‘Will update as soon as we have more information.’
