Addressing YouTube subscribers on Tuesday during what appeared to be another breach of quarantine rules since his return, the former TV personality revealed his passport had been withheld while he remains on bail.

He ranted: ‘Where do I f**king start? I’m back from Dubai and I’ve actually got a criminal case over my head. I’ve been charged with some s**t, man.

‘I’ve been charged from the Essex police with harassment, obstruct police officer, exposure and voyeurism.

‘So let’s start with the first one. Harassment doesn’t sound good does it? Exposure. Not too sure what exposure means.

‘Obstructing a police officer. What do you reckon I did? Do you reckon I got in his way?’

‘I think voyeurism because I’ve been to Dubai and I’ve gone on a voyage – I’m getting nicked for travelling to Dubai because I’ve been on a voyage.

‘Do you blame Captain Cook for sailing the seven seas? No you don’t. So right now I can’t talk about the case.’

He added: ‘It’s under investigation. I’m on bail until 2nd of February. Right now they’ve got my passport.

‘When I arrived on the 15 January I was going to surprise my mum – I had four police officers waiting for me at the airport. They handcuffed me, it was quite embarrassing actually.’

Georgia believes Stephen showed the recording to at least ‘two friends’ and claims the footage was being widely shared on WhatsApp.

She also alleges he shared screenshots of the video to followers on his OnlyFans account, but Bear has denied it was her in the video.

The former Love Island star has since thanked her fans and ‘everyone that has reached out’ following Bear’s arrest.

In a statement given to The Sun, she said: ‘I am passionate about supporting victims of revenge porn and hopefully by coming forward it will give others the courage to do the same.

‘I have a fantastic team around me including friends, family and colleagues who are just some of the many reasons I have be able to stay positive right now.’

Essex police have since confirmed a formal charge is yet to be made while the investigation continues.

Venturing out on Tuesday, Bear was keen to show subscribers damage to the outside of his Essex property, understood to be the result of a police raid on the home while he was detained in custody.

Reflecting on the damage while driving his Mercedes through London, he said: ‘The police have smashed my door to pieces back at my house. I managed to get that fixed two days ago, but I’m going to take you to the house and show you the damage. It’s not that bad really.

‘While I was in the police station I got questioned twice. Not one – twice. I was in the cell for 14 hours, 15 hours, on my birthday. And while I was in the police cell they’ve gone into house and smashed open the door. They said they had a warrant. I’ve had to get everything fixed. They’ve busted my f***ing front gate as well.’

The former reality star was taken into custody as he landed from Dubai, after the United Arab Emirates was removed from the UK’s quarantine list.

A spokesman for Essex Police told MailOnline at the time: ‘A man has been arrested in connection with an investigation into the disclosure of sexual photographs without consent.

‘The 31-year-old man from Loughton was arrested on Friday 15 January on suspicion of disclosing private sexual photographs or films without consent with intent to cause distress, harassment, and obstructing a police officer.

‘He remains in custody for questioning.’

The closure of Dubai’s travel corridor means those arriving from the UAE are required to quarantine for 10-days upon their arrival in the UK, although the coronavirus test and release option halves the isolation period to just five days.

While Bear may well have chosen to be tested following his return, the TV personality appeared to show a complete disregard for current guidelines by venturing out to buy takeaway coffee shortly after his release.

He was accompanied by on-off lover Tia McAlister, 18, who is 13-years his junior, as he left his Essex home for refreshments.

A source told MailOnline that Tia, who’s a beauty therapist from Slough and only turned 18 earlier this month, has been seeing Stephen for over a year and the pair have matching star sign tattoos, as they’re both Capricorns.

Tia celebrated turning 18 on January 5 while Bear’s 31st birthday was on Friday, the day he travelled from Dubai to the UK and was arrested.

However those closest to the teenager are said to be skeptical of their relationship.

A source told The Sun: ‘Several friends have tried to warn Tia against Bear due to the huge age gap, but because he’s famous she sees this as an opportunity.

‘She is an aspiring influencer, so she’d use this as a way of getting in the limelight.’

It’s also understood that Bear owes thousands of pounds over a former clothing company with his ex-girlfriend Charlotte Crosby.

He is said to have set up clothing company His and Hers Enterprise Ltd with the former Geordie Shore star in 2017.

Although it has been claimed that the business venture ended in acrimony with the former couple, who split in 2017 after a turbulent one year relationship, involved in a court case last summer.

According to The Sun, Charlotte ‘petitioned the High Court of Justice Business and Property Courts to wind the company up claiming her solo firm CLC Enterprises was a creditor’.

It is believed that creditors were owed £30,366 with an outstanding £1,268 director’s advance to Bear in the final set of accounts listed on Companies House.

Bear is said not to have been present at the court proceedings with Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Mullen awarding Charlotte in favour.
