A man who worked for Deutsche Bank as a strategist has been sentenced to 120 hours’ unpaid work after a court heard he screamed ‘eat s**t’ while waving a dirty loo brush at his wife who criticised his home schooling.

Lardi Beldjoudi, 52, admitted assault at Wimbledon Magistrates Court after he also kicked his wife in the shin.

The injuries were serious enough to force his wife to go to A&E in June.

Prosecutor Althea Moore said that Mrs Beldjoudi had called the police after her husband had gone out, according to the Sun.

He admitted to assault.

The paper reports that Magistrate Vanessa Weguelin said: ‘It is clear there have been difficulties.’

She also accepted that the incident was possibly aggravated by the coronavirus lockdown.

Mrs Beljoudi described her husband as controlling and said that he refused to allow their children to visit her family.

Beldjoudi, a strategist contracted by Deutsche Bank, said that he rowed with his wife in front of their four children after he got stressed.

Deutsche Bank say that Beldjoudi is a contractor and that the matter is being looked into.

Mr Beldjoudi has been kicked out of the £1.4million family home in Battersea, south west London and has been banned from contacting his family.

He must also complete counselling and pay compensation.
