This is the moment a day-tripper risks his life to take a selfie on top of a 150ft rocky cliff.
The man, aged in his 30s, climbed out onto the rocky outcrop armed with his camera phone and a selfie stick.
At one stage he holds out his arms as if to keep his balance as he traverses the narrow ledge that has a sheer drop below.
He then posed for several selfies before smiling and giving a thumbs up to friends on the beach.

In June, three men were seriously injured when they tombstoned 200ft off the top of the arch of the door itself.
One was dragged out of the water unconscious and had to be resuscitated on the beach.
There are warning signs in the area urging people not to climb up the dangerous and unstable cliffs.
An eye-witness, who saw the latest stunt, said: ‘There had been a warden on the beach to stop people climbing up there but he had to go off some where as as soon as his back was turned this guy appeared.
‘From what I could tell, the top of the cliff is very narrow and uneven. I dread to think what would have happened had he slipped and lost his footing.
‘You could see he had a selfie stick with him so it was obvious what he was going to do. It looked like he was trying to balance at one point.
‘It was a very foolhardy thing to have done.’
